On TRAK Physical Therapy is a locally owned practice established in March 2023- Voted Yuma's Best Physical Therapy Office for 2023.
Our goal is to provide quality care to each and every one of our patients, in order to get them back to doing the things that they love. We understand that everyone is different, and we will work closely with our patients to create a plan specific to their needs and goals.
